Momentum Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who Can Request Deletion?

• Individual Users may request deletion of their personal data (e.g., profile info, tasks, time logs).
• Admins (Organization Level) may request deletion of team data, projects, or an entire account.

2. Types of Data Eligible for Deletion

Depending on your role and request, the following data may be deleted:

• User Profile Data: Name, email, role, skills, working hours, availability.
• Task & Project Data: Tasks assigned to you, time logs, schedules.
• WhatsApp Assistant Records: Logs of reminders and task updates.
• Entire Organization Account (Admin-only): Projects, members, schedules, and all associated data.

3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

For Individual Users

1. Contact your organization's Admin to request removal of your account and related data.
2. Alternatively, email us directly at us@dinosaur.vn with subject line: Data Deletion Request.
   • Include your full name, registered email, and organization name.
3. We will confirm your identity before processing.

For Admins (Organization-Level Deletion)

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to People Management → select the user → choose Deactivate/Delete User.
3. For full account deletion, email us@dinosaur.vn with subject line: Organization Account Deletion.
4. We will verify authorization before proceeding.

4. Processing Timeline

• User Data: Processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
• Organization Account Data: Processed within 30 business days of confirmation.
• You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained for a limited period when required:

• Legal Compliance: To meet financial, audit, or regulatory obligations.
• Backup Systems: Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged.

6. Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once data is removed, it cannot be recovered.
• Users should export any needed project or task data before requesting deletion.
• WhatsApp interactions are only retained as long as necessary for task tracking and will be deleted upon account closure.
